Data request
Pejera Electric answers a request for your own data within five days of an email to office@pejera.com.
If you called our Austin electricians, filled in the front-page form, or talked to the chat widget, we hold a record of that. This page is the direct way to see it, correct it, or have it removed, instead of hunting through a long privacy policy for the address to write to.

Fill in enough that we can find your record. The address field is optional if your request has nothing to do with a job site.
What you can ask for
Under California's CCPA and CPRA, and the privacy laws now in force in a growing list of other states, you can ask Pejera for access to the personal data we hold on you, a correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of it, and an opt-out of any sale or sharing of it. We don't sell personal data, but the opt-out request is honored regardless. If you're reaching this site from Europe, the same access, correction and deletion rights apply under the GDPR, and you can also ask us to restrict how a specific piece of data is used.
How we verify it's you
We match the phone number or email on your request against the inquiry or chat record already on file. If they don't match, we may ask you to confirm the job address or the approximate date you contacted us before we release anything. We won't ask for a password, because none exists; there's no account on this site.
